This firmware update for the DVR-X3000 (f/w v. 1997 Apr 02 2013 - ATV2.0) addresses the problem of the GPS Longitude displaying only "0.0 0.0" instead of the correct position.

Instructions:

Simply extract the .bin file from the zip archive, and copy it to your MicroSD card. Then, place the MicroSD card in the DVR-X3000, and power it on. Once the file has been read and the firmware update is complete, remove the memory card, and delete the .bin file from the memory card.

Please note:

after the update, the initial welcome screen will be changed to a new one that displays the text "Anytek". All other dashcam functionality will remain the same.
