- When installing the AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Driver for the Windows operating system, the user must be logged on as Administrator, or have Administrator rights to complete the installation of the AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Driver.

Known Issues:

- A few game titles may fail to launch or crash if the Gaming Evolved overlay is enabled. A temporary workaround is to disable the AMD Gaming Evolved "In Game Overlay"
- Star Wars: Battlefront - Corrupted ground textures may be observed in the Survival of Hoth mission
- Cannot enable AMD Crossfire with some dual GPU AMD Radeon HD 59xx and HD 79xx series products
- Fallout 4 - In game stutter may be experienced if the game is launched with AMD Crossfire enabled
- XCOM 2 - Flickering textures may be experienced at various game locations
- Rise of the Tomb Raider - The game may randomly crash on launch if Tessellation is enabled
- Core clocks may not maintain sustained clock speeds resulting in choppy performance and or screen corruption

How-To Uninstall AMD Radeon Software:

- Start by opening the Control Panel
- For Windows 10/8.1, right-click on the Windows button and select Control Panel from the Context Menu
- For Windows 7, click on the Windows button and select Control Panel from the Start Menu
- In the Control Panel select Programs and Features
- Select AMD Install Manager and then click Uninstall/Change
- Check all items, and then click the Uninstall button.
- Note: If you had others versions of AMD drivers installed previously, you should get an additional prompt providing the options to remove All Versions or Current Version.
- Select All
