2. Add the switch to select SSL versions, including SSL 3.0 and TSL 1.0 
3. Add the switch for telnet, HTTP and HTTPS.HTTP and HTTPS can not be shutdown at the same time.

5. Configuration by different management interfaces are divided by TCP port independently. 

Bug fixed:
1. Fixed the bug that SNMP process crashes down when walking public MIB.
2. Fixed the bug that the last number port PVID can not be modified.
